Shipping Information

The shipment of products is made by a courier service Nidodileda has chosen, ensuring advantageous rates for buyers and safe transportation of goods.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). It is possible that some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. We will use Standard Shipping for your order unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all EU countries, US states and territories, as well as all other countries.

Shipping

Greece:

Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Cost: Free shipping (€0)

European Union:

Delivery time: 4-5 working days
We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over €120! For orders under €120 the cost will be calculated according to the weight of the ordered products with a minimum shipping cost of €25. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

International Shipping:

Delivery time: 10-15 days

The cost is calculated according to the weight of the ordered products. The minimum shipping cost for international orders is €25.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

We at Nidodileda want each of our customers to be very happy with our products. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will happily work with you, as we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.  With each order you will find an exchange/refund form that must be submitted with each such request.

Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with complete packaging and accompanying documents, and must be done within the time frame stated below.

Returns

Orders from Greece: please return the product within 7 days from receiving the original order through any courier service (except postal service) by filling out our company's details available upon your payment receipt.

International Orders: In case you require returning a purchased product from international countries please contact us through email at [email protected] or call +30 210 6135652 and then return the product within 14 days from receiving the original order through TNT or FedEx courier service (please do not use other courier services or postal service) by filling out our company's details available upon your payment receipt.  
*Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer*

Nidodileda clothing purchased at independent boutiques and stores must be returned to the location where purchased.

**Note:

Sales Section Products bought from our e-shop are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

Exchange Policy:

We will happily exchange your unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing within 7 (seven) working days of receipt (Orders from Greece), within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt (International Orders). Exchanges can be made for a different size, different variation request*, or another product of equal or greater value** than the one originally purchased. Please use TNT or FedEx courier service (do not use other courier services or postal service) stating the name of the product that will replace your original purchase (fill the form enclosed). Upon receipt of the product we will send you an email confirmation as well as the replacement product at the specified delivery address.

**Note:

-Given the hand-made and unique textile nature of many of our clothes there are often slight variations between each item. We happily accept exchange requests for a different variation.
-For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact the customer who would have to cover the price difference.

Refund Policy:

In case you would like to return an order at our offices and receive a refund please do so within 7 days (Orders from Greece), 14 days (International Orders) from the day you purchased the product using TNT or FedEx courier service (please do not use other courier services or postal service). Take a moment and fill out the enclosed form with the following details:

Pay Pal Account Name/Card Holder Name – Pay Pal Account Number or IBAN Number – Bank Name/Details for us to issue the refund.

**Note:

Products bought from our e-shop and are on sale are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

In the rare case that Nidodileda sends an incorrect order or defective item, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer in a timely manner.

We will gladly offer a refund to the customer for the return of unworn and unaltered merchandise if requested within 7 (seven) working days of receipt. Refunds will be processed only to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Nidodileda.
