We at Nidodileda want each of our customers to be very happy with our products. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will happily work with you, as we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. With each order you will find an exchange/refund form that must be submitted with each such request.
Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with complete packaging and accompanying documents, and must be done within the time frame stated below.
Nidodileda clothing purchased at independent boutiques and stores must be returned to the location where purchased.
How do I return a purchased product?
In case you require returning a purchased product please do so within 7 days from receiving the product through any courier service (except postal service) by filling out our company’s details available upon your payment receipt.

How do I exchange a purchased product?
Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? Do not worry!
In need for exchanging the purchased item with the same item in a different size or color or a new product of the same price from our available collection, is required that you send us the purchased item within 7 days from receiving it using any courier service (except postal service). Please state by email the name of the product that will replace your original purchase. Upon receipt of the product we will send you an email confirmation as well as the replacement product at the specified delivery address.

How do I exchange my purchased product with a higher priced product?
Uneven Exchanges: In need for exchanging the purchased product with a new product of a higher price is required that you send us the purchased product within 7 days from receiving it using any courier service (except postal service). Please note that you would have to cover the difference in prices in order to receive the new order.

How do I receive a refund of my order?
In case you would like to return an order at our headquarters and receive a refund please do so within 7 days from the day you received the purchased product using any courier service (except postal service). Nidodileda will notify you through email once the return has been completed. Once the return has been processed please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received.
Also please take a moment and fill out the enclosed form with the following details:
Pay Pal Account Name/Card Holder Name – Pay Pal Account Number or IBAN Number – Bank Name/Details for us to issue the refund.
Products bought from our e-shop and are on previous collection sales section are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.
The shipment of products is made by a courier service Nidodileda has chosen, ensuring advantageous rates for buyers and safe transportation of goods.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). It is possible that some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. We will use Standard Shipping for your order unless you select an alternative.

We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over €120! For orders under €120 the cost will be calculated according to the weight of the ordered products with a minimum shipping cost of €9.50. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Contact Nidodileda Team providing the order number, name and contact details and the incorrect item's name and details. We will resolve any issue you may have as quickly as possible.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can use any of the payment options listed below to pay for your order. We take security matters very seriously, hence your details are safe with us.
To add your payment details, just login to your account and save the details. When it’s time to pay for your order, you can either select one of your saved payment methods or select a new payment method and add your details.
If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you just add them when it’s time to pay for your order.
WHEN WILL NIDODILEDA CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR MY ORDER
In case your card is authorised the payment for your order will be taken immediately. An email confirming that transaction is successful will be send to you.
In case your card is not authorised the payment for your order will not be taken. An email letting you know that transaction is unsuccessful or that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment will be send to you.
CAN YOU NOTIFY ME IN CASE AN ITEM IS RESTOCKED?
We occasionally have clothing items that have not yet been received at our warehouses, those will be marked us Coming Soon. The same case applies for clothing items that are sold out and are being restocked. You can reserve those items by selecting Alert Me when back in stock.
Items that are sold out but will not be restocked will be marked us Out of Stock.
